# Tracking kamekchompfrosty

We are using Google Analytics (opens new window) to track our users.
- Kamek is currently using the vue-gtags (opens new window) plugin;
- Frosty is using google-gtag (opens new window) plugin.
- Chomp is using Google Tag Manager (opens new window) and analytics.js (opens new window). Possible it will be migrated to use gtag.js as well.
These plugins are wrappers of the gtag.js (opens new window).
TIP
To check if the pages are being correctly tracked, it is good to use the Google Tag Assistant (opens new window) chrome extension.

Custom configurations of website data
- Views setting - Define subdomains
- Goals - major user actions
- Filters - Segment Data Collected
We have always a default/master view, this view works like a backup, with the default views settings, we just enabled Demographics here, under Audience.
We also have a view where we can see at which website we are getting visits (.com.ng, co.ke, ...), also with Demographics enabled.
- For this, we just create a view with the following filters

We also have views to separate our dev environments from live environment, to achieve that, beside the full url filter we also use the following filter (example):
